ASK AUDREY:

Welcome back to our store and salon!

We are very excited to reopen our storefront and salon! We know with this excitement, for some it’s mixed with uncertainty. We have been working hard to implement new procedures with our store staff and independent salon professionals to ensure that we provide products and services safely. I would like to take this time to go over our safety protocol when shopping in the store or receiving a salon service so that we can better navigate these changes together.

In-Store Shopping

  • Store employees will be self-checking for symptoms daily before work.
  • We are asking anyone who has symptoms or has been exposed to anyone with symptoms for the last 2 weeks, to please stay home. This pertains to everyone, staff & customers.
  • We are limiting the number of people in the store and please stay 6 feet apart at all times.
  • Everyone must wear a mask that covers their mouth & nose at all times.
  • We have added a plastic barrier at the sales counter for customers to stand behind, as well as tape to maintain a safe distance from another customer in line at the checkout.
  • We are disinfecting high-traffic surfaces after transactions and throughout the day.
  • We ask that handling merchandise is limited to only items that you wish to purchase.
  • A sales associate would be happy to help collect your items and answer questions.
  • We cannot provide any product testers, self-service items, or restrooms at this time.
  • Hand sanitizer is available to use during sales transactions on the sales counter.
  • Not ready to come in yet? It’s OK, we understand. We still offer local curbside pickup and shipping to your door. Shop Online!
  • Please note that our River Street location in Santa Cruz is now permanently closed.

Salon Appointments

  • Stylists will be self-checking for symptoms daily before work.
  • We are asking anyone who has symptoms or has been exposed to anyone with symptoms for the last 2 weeks, to please stay home. This pertains to salon pros and customers.
  • Walk-in appointments are not available at this time.
  • Stylists can only see one, pre-booked customer at a time.
  • Everyone must wear a mask that covers their mouth & nose at all times.
  • Please wait in your car and call or text your stylist when arriving for your appointment.
  • Your stylist will meet you out front at the curb and walk you to their station.
  • We cannot allow more than 1 person at an appointment at a time. Please make arrangements for your children and do not bring any guests, spouses, etc.
  • At this time we cannot provide any waiting areas, magazines, or refreshments.
  • Stylists stations, sinks, and dryers are staggered to provide safe working distances.
  • Stylists are responsible for diligently cleaning & disinfecting everything between clients.

Thanks, Beauties!
