My family and I have been swimming a lot, and our hair is getting really dry and discolored. Can you recommend products to help get our hair back in shape?

Water water everywhere
Your hair can absorb more than 30% of its weight in moisture. About 75% of the maximum amount possible happens within approximately 4 minutes. When and where possible, soak your hair thoroughly under a shower, tap, or hose before you enter the pool or ocean. It will help keep your hair from absorbing as much salt, chlorine, and other drying agents if thoroughly soaked with clean water. A little spritz of leave-in conditioner also helps too.
