I’m in my mid-50s, and my hair is really starting to thin. Is there anything I can do to get some of it to come back?
Yes! This can be something that affects some of us our whole lives, not just later in life. It can also be situational. Let look into some of the main components that cause or contribute to hair thinning or loss and what we can do about it.
Is it in your genes? Natural, age-related hormonal changes can trigger hair loss. Testosterone is converted into a toxin called Dihydrotestosterone (DHT).
